BOWERBIRD Interiors Welcomes Charlotte Dub as the New Head of Design!
It’s official, BOWERBIRD Interiors has a new Head of Design, and we couldn’t be more excited! We’re proud to welcome Charlotte Dub (we call her Charlie) to our team. With over 20 years of experience in interior design, commercial business development and sales, Charlie brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to BOWERBIRD Interiors.
Charlie joins BOWERBIRD Interiors with an outstanding record of delivering results and growth, both in the UK and Australia. We’re confident that the same level of passion and drive will be a valuable asset to BOWERBIRD.

As Head of Design, Charlie will be leading the charge, building and managing a top-notch sales team, creating go-to-market strategies, and driving an amazing design experience for our customers.

Why BOWERBIRD?
Bowerbird is a unique and interesting business, family owned and operated with passion and heart at its core. I have been aware of the brand as a competitor in the property styling space for over a decade, however, I could see the brand growing a loyal and engaged consumer following, becoming an authority on all things design and styling. BOWERBIRD are curators of spaces; we are not beholden to any one brand or furniture range. We have the freedom to be creative and answer our client’s brief without restriction and full creativity which thoroughly attracted me to join the team. I was also drawn to the agility of the business and its openness to evolving with arms wide open.
How do you achieve work/life balance?
I have a strict weekend boundary – My week is dedicated to working and my weekends to my family. I also make sure I am home for a family dinner 2-3 times a week to reconnect. Be 100% present during work hours and 100% present during family time.
Do you have any hobbies or interests?
I love to paint, I have drawn and painted since I was a child and find the process very cathartic. I love a coast walk, swimming, bike riding, yoga and am on the hunt for a dance class!
