Bringing the Hamptons to Caringbah South
These homeowners had tapped on BOWERBIRD in the past, for two separate Property Styling campaigns that delivered a successful return on investment. Wanting to feel inspired by the property they own, our team was briefed to create aspirational spaces with a coastal aesthetic, somewhere between classic and contemporary.
Flicking through the BOWERBIRD lookbook, they landed on our signature Light Coastal palette to fit the brief. Inspired by breezy interiors, our designers embraced a light base of oak and wicker furnishings with pops of coastal tones across accessories and prints.
The result? The homeowners were not only blown away by the airy ambience, but the level of comfort reached in transforming their property into a modern seaside sanctuary in Caringbah South.
Greenhills Beachside Family Residence
Looking for a relaxed coastal look with a modern flair, these homeowners requested the use of reclaimed timbers and unique pieces to complete their dream space, south of Sydney. The brief for this family-friendly home included fun bedrooms and a large dining table for entertaining.
Our stylists opted for a Light design direction to complement the openness of the home, and drew inspiration from the home’s natural surroundings when choosing furniture.
A subtle introduction of raw textures and sandy tones, combined with an existing white and vanilla palette, created a soft and inviting haven and resulted in the perfect balance of relaxed and refined.
Industrial Chic Annangrove Property
Our interior designers put together a bespoke furniture package for this stunning home in Annangrove. With industrial architecture featuring concrete floors, black accents and high slanted ceilings, we decided on our Hues-Lux direction.
Working closely with the homeowner, we hand-picked furniture with clean and minimalist designs for each room. Choosing round and curved items such as the dining table and chairs created contrast and helped to soften the concrete floors and black beams in the house.
The finished look was a design focused on balance, making each space feel welcoming and “homely” without compromising on style.

Coastal Family Home North Bondi
Briefed with creating a sophisticated space using our Light Coastal direction, we introduced soft tones with layers of natural textures to create depth and a touch of luxury in this Bondi Beach home.
Influenced by contemporary coastal vibes, our light palette delivered an appreciation for the laid-back and relaxed lifestyle by drawing on soft and calming shades – allowing those within the space to unwind.
Our interior designers were excited to transform this home, located in one of Sydney’s most sought-after suburbs, and complete with generous spaces and ocean views.

Historic North Shore Home
This century-old property was renovated to combine modern comfort with art deco craftsmanship. Featuring high ornate ceilings, original timber floors and a decorative fireplace, the apartment was not lacking in character but needed some extra care around lighting and style.
Our interior designers were tasked with creating a warm, inviting look that complemented the original character details of the home. They landed on our Light design direction, pulling together a palette of soft pastels and brightening the apartment with large mirrors and pendant lights.
Staying true to the homeowner’s vision, our designers ensured all selected pieces were practical, comfortable and worked to elevate the existing architecture of the building.
