Navigating Growth: Lauren’s Five Anchors for 2024 and Beyond

Today I want to share with you 5 aspects of life that I have always valued and lived by that I will be continuing to practice in 2024 and beyond. What you continue to lean into is what you ultimately become.

I have always valued my health and continue to make this a non-negotiable in my daily routine. Putting yourself and your health first will have a profound impact on you mentally and professionally. Exercise and diet are the required ingredients that make a difference in life. For me personally, it has helped me with discipline, consistency and stretching my limits.

My spirit has carried me through every season and to be honest the most important one. Your spirit is free and no one can take it from you.

Learning is always beginning and never-ending, learning is so different for everyone. I am leaning into learning my way, which are short burst of information that sticks with me. There is so much I don’t know yet which, to be honest, is the most exciting part.

Powerful and once again free. Reframing your perspective in any given situation can not only make your life so much easier but eventually, you start welcoming obstacles and will therefore be able to be exposed to much more in life as you have one of the most powerful tools to overcome anything – YOUR MINDSET.

You hear this from all the greats in this world and they aren’t wrong. Gratitude is the secret sauce and I know I keep saying this but it is free and something that we are all capable of doing and feeling. Gratitude for me is knowing I have everything I will ever need. When you realise you already have everything you need, it takes the pressure off thinking you need more.

As we navigate the months ahead, let’s collectively embrace a positive and practical approach to growth. These five things will continue to connect my head and heart—prioritising health, spirit, continuous learning, shaping perspective, and gratitude are not just principles, they’re the compass guiding us towards a life of fulfilment and growth.

Wishing you all a year filled with endless possibilities and enriching experiences. Have fun and be kind.
