We recently had the awesome opportunity to style four commercial residential apartments in Bondi, aimed at singles, property investors, and downsizers. Our goal was to create an easy and functional space while also adding some moody hues to the mix and making sure the look and feel was towards high end luxury.

To achieve this, we started with a light base and added burnt orange, olives, and black for some depth and drama. We mixed in textured and wood accessories to enhance the space and add a cosy touch. The apartments may share a similar colour scheme, but we made sure each one had its own unique feel and style.

One of the standout features of these apartments is the incredible city views, especially from the 13th floor apartment. To ensure we did not miss the picturesque city views, we tailored our layout, so you get a full view of the city and its beauty from every angle in these apartments.

With plenty of sunlight pouring in, the monochrome design direction works exceptionally well in creating a light and dark shadow play.
In this feature, we wanted to give a glimpse of what each apartment looks like. Although we followed the same colour story around moody hues, our styling differs according to each apartment’s size.
Overall, we’re confident anyone looking for a central Bondi nest will love these stunning apartments, listed by 1st City Double Bay.

The monochrome design direction with hints of colour works really well, especially with all the sunlight coming in.
