The BOWERBIRD team received an incredible Business brief to style two display suites by Mason and Main in Merrylands, Western Sydney. Promoting 450 off the plan apartments, our stylists had to ensure potential buyers and tenants would easily be able to visualise themselves living in the complex based simply on the display suites. This long-term hire comes with furniture refreshes every three months to ensure these display suites lasted the build process and continually attract buyers through the door.
The team selected a fresh palette from our Hues Design Direction to suit the growing Western Sydney property market. We built from a base of natural tones and textures, personalising each suite to maximise appeal. The first suite, a one-bedroom apartment, was accessorised with muted greens, olive tones and sleek black details. The second, with two bedrooms, popped with rich reds, tan leathers and – yes – more chic black accents. Together, the suites complement each other and will show potential tenants all the possibilities for living in these stunning apartments.
