Prestigiously positioned on one of Cronulla’s most sought-after streets, this three-bedroom apartment boasts breathtaking views over Bass and Flinders Point to Bundeena. The sweeping ocean vista can be taken in from a sunlit and spacious rooftop, furnished with a stylish outdoor dining set.

When these homesellers were searching for a way to attract buyer interest in a tough market, they came across BOWERBIRD and called on our team to curate a sophisticated look for the property.

With the help of professionally-styled interiors as the stunning backdrop for strong campaign imagery, they knew we could make prospective buyers stop – mid-scroll – and get excited about visiting the seaside residence.

Once we had them through the door, they would be blown away by the high-end build and the lifestyle opportunity it offers. With features such as an in-built barbecue and landscaped gardens overlooking a glittering pool, the apartment was only missing inspiring interiors.

Flicking through the BOWERBIRD lookbook, our stylists decided on a combination of our signature Light and Moody design directions to achieve the perfect balance between refined elegance and a cosy, “homely” ambience that would be felt throughout the house.

Creating a consistent aesthetic for the space, they used neutral furniture as the base for moody accents, and tied them all together with monochrome line art and patterned throws and rugs.

Some of the styling highlights of this shimmering South Sydney abode include statement lights, indoor plants and a luxe three-seater lounge lined with soft-touch cushions in natural shades. The sage green and earthy brown tones thoughtfully complement the light-filled living space and help to bring the outside in.

Throughout the kitchen, hall and bedrooms, swirling marble details were echoed by polished oak patterns and gold finishings. As final touches, art deco-inspired lamps, contemporary sculptures and earthy clay vases were carefully placed to create a lived-in, personal look (one that so often has potential buyers dreaming of their own lives in the space).

The homesellers were beyond excited by the results, and thanked our stylists for capturing the desired ambience and bringing in the details of the natural surrounds, through artwork, texture and colour palettes.
