We were tasked with styling both of these properties to showcase their exceptional build quality and appeal to discerning buyers.

Our design direction emphasised warmer, natural tones to create an inviting yet sophisticated atmosphere. Touches of black were thoughtfully incorporated to add depth, while statement accessories and artwork brought a bold, curated aesthetic.

The centrepiece of the living space was a custom-designed curved modular sofa, paired with a carefully selected palette that balanced warmth with elegance. Our approach not only complemented the property’s high-end finishes but also highlighted the spacious, light-filled interiors.

After a successful sales result for 17A, we were entrusted to style 17B with the same level of precision and attention to detail. This continuity ensured both properties stood out in the market while maintaining a cohesive aesthetic that reflected the developer’s vision.
