At 108 Oberon Street Randwick, architecture and landscape come together in perfect rhythm. This new, bespoke family sanctuary by BJWC Architecture invites you to move slowly through a series of connected spaces, each one more serene than the last. Lush gardens wrap around a mosaic-tiled pool. Sunlight dances across natural stone and warm eucalyptus tones. And in every room, a gentle sense of calm.

BOWERBIRD was engaged to style the home ahead of its market debut, with a clear goal: to elevate value through property styling while amplifying the property’s seamless indoor-outdoor lifestyle. With a final sale price of $6.9 million, the home’s styling story is truly grounded in restraint, balance, and natural flow.

From the moment you enter, the home feels in step with nature. Light floods the main living domain, wrapping around a central courtyard and flowing into a private master wing via a glass bridge. Instead of competing with these architectural gestures, BOWERBIRD’s property styling moved with them. The furnishings were intentionally low and sculptural, creating moments of pause that allowed each pavilion space to breathe.

Soft timber tones and textured linens reflected the home’s earthy material palette, while curated greenery echoed the tropical landscaping just beyond the doors. Nothing felt heavy or overworked. Instead, styling played the role of a quiet complement that invites movement and adds layers of warmth.

With its multiple living areas—from a cocktail lounge and cinema room to alfresco dining and lawn—the home offered both openness and intimacy. BOWERBIRD leaned into this duality by styling each zone to feel distinct yet deeply connected. Indoor and outdoor spaces were given equal weight, unified through tactile finishes, tonal continuity and a shared sense of ease.

Each room told its own story, but the mood remained consistent: elevated, relaxed, and effortlessly liveable. The styling allowed potential buyers to imagine themselves inhabiting the house as their home. Hosting on a summer afternoon, curling up by the pool, retreating to the private master suite at day’s end…

In a market where luxury homes can sometimes feel impersonal, this one stood apart. It offered a glimpse of a life shaped by nature, flow, and calm. And that connection translated to real value: the property sold for $6.9 million, a testament to its design, its presence, and the care taken in its presentation.
