Our design direction embraced a high-end contemporary aesthetic, working with a neutral palette to complement the home’s striking architectural details. Sculptural statement pieces, layered textures, and refined materials were carefully selected to enhance the sense of calm while allowing the waterfront setting to remain the hero.
In the main living and dining areas, plush furnishings in tonal hues were paired with sleek, modern forms to create an understated elegance. The vast marble kitchen island served as both a focal point and functional workspace, with curated styling ensuring a seamless blend of beauty and practicality.
The sitting room and bar area were designed for both relaxation and entertaining, featuring a carefully curated selection of décor that adds depth and character to the space. The bedrooms were styled as tranquil retreats, with luxurious linens, soft neutral tones, and lighting to enhance the atmosphere of quiet indulgence.
Outdoors, the alfresco entertaining area extends the refined aesthetic, with thoughtfully selected furnishings that embrace the waterfront lifestyle with every element considered to create a seamless indoor-outdoor experience.
