This Palm Beach home was a full interior design project with one clear intention: to create a space that felt unmistakably like home while embracing a bolder, more expressive design language.
The direction was masculine, playful and moody with a nod to the 70’s. Rich colours grounded the palette, balanced by coastal influences that nod to the surrounding beachside location. Palm tree wallpaper introduces texture and character without veering into the expected, offering a fresh interpretation of coastal living that feels confident and considered.

Functionality shaped every decision. With entertaining and hosting at the forefront, the open plan living and dining spaces were designed to flow freely, with furniture cohesion extending seamlessly to the outdoor areas. Nothing blocks the movement between zones, allowing the home to breathe and adapt to the rhythms of daily life and gatherings alike.
The tobacco-toned sofa anchors the living space as a bold feature piece. It’s a choice that celebrates colour while maintaining cohesion, its rich, earthy hue threading warmth through the interior without overwhelming the broader palette.

In the bedroom, coastal and moody converge. A striking bedhead and wallpaper combination brings palm tree motifs into a deeper, moodier register. The tobacco and rust tones of the bedhead create a deliberate connection back to the living areas, linking spaces through colour and ensuring the home reads as one cohesive story.

This project reflects what happens when personality leads the design process. Bold, functional and full of character, this Palm Beach home is grounded in its coastal surroundings while carving out an identity entirely its own.
