    Randwick Residential Property Styling

Luxe Elegance; A Showcase of Light Luxury

In the heart of Randwick, our latest Property Styling project unfolded within the walls of a newly renovated 2-bedroom apartment, boasting an abundance of natural light and creamy, light floorboards. The kitchen, a focal point of the space, features stunning green cabinetry, adding a refreshing touch to the property.

Our team of Property Stylists worked to infuse the home with a light-luxe Design Direction, characterised by soft neutrals and black accents. The carefully selected furnishings, such as the black dining table and coffee table, highly complement the space’s modern aesthetic.

To add depth and visual interest, we introduced elements of pattern and texture throughout the apartment. The dark marble side table and the tactile jute floor rug serve as focal points, enhancing the overall feel of the living space.

The heart of our approach to Property Styling lies in our commitment to fostering an emotional connection between potential buyers and the property itself. We aim to evoke a sense of belonging and aspiration for buyers, and this project does just that by elevating spaces to their fullest potential.

We approached the living spaces by strengthening the home’s existing contemporary foundation. Colour became a connector rather than a headline. Artwork introduced controlled vibrancy, while furniture and accessories anchored each room with practical purpose.
