North Shore Residential Interior Design

Set in Sydney’s Upper North Shore, this two-bedroom Roseville apartment features high ornate ceilings, original timber floors and a decorative fireplace. Renovated to combine modern comfort with art deco craftsmanship, the century-old property boasts open-plan living and dining, glass panel doors and statement lighting.

As part of our Interior Design service, our team was tasked with creating a warm, inviting look that complements the original character details of the home. Landing on our Light design direction, we pulled together a palette of soft pastels, dusty pink and understated hues of mint and crimson.

To bring in light and brighten the apartment, large mirrors were installed over the fireplace and lamps were placed in each room. Pendant lights and candles were also elegantly featured throughout the property.

BOWERBIRD’s interior designers brought sophistication to the space, adding texture and depth while staying true to the homeowner’s brief – ensuring all selected pieces were practical, comfortable and worked to elevate the existing architecture of the building.

Sourcing the highest quality furniture and curating a bespoke look for the homeowners, our stylists successfully transformed this unit into a welcoming and “homely” space to unwind with family and friends. One to be enjoyed for years to come.
