Neutral Bay’s Bent Street now houses a collection of eight contemporary executive rentals, each thoughtfully transformed into spaces that speak to the rhythm of modern urban living. Defined by generous natural light, sweeping architectural curves and open-plan spaces, the interiors were created to complement the building’s architecture and finishes while bringing warmth and comfort to everyday living.
A restrained palette of warm neutrals forms the foundation of each residence, with earthy accents introducing depth and personality throughout. Natural materials, soft textures and sculptural furniture create a sense of balance, allowing the architecture to remain the focal point while making each space feel inviting and lived in.
Furniture was carefully selected to suit the scale and flow of the interiors, with every piece contributing to both the function and atmosphere of the home. Rather than filling the space, the design embraces restraint, allowing light, proportion and materiality to define the experience.
The bedrooms continue the same considered approach, combining timeless furnishings with layered textures to create spaces that feel calm, comfortable and enduring. The result is a collection of residences that feel cohesive, contemporary and designed for the way people live today.
