Rising to this challenge, we recently completed two speculative office fit-outs for Goodman at their industrial parks in Kemps Creek and Eastern Creek. For this industrial office styling project, our objective was to showcase the office space to prospective tenants, complementing the utilisation opportunities with thoughtful sophistication.

On completing a detailed floor plan analysis and zoning each of the areas in the predominantly open plan office spaces, we were able to present focused workstation areas, break-out spaces and staff utility areas to create a working space for any potential tenant that’s not just functional but desirable.
