    Monochrome Escape Putney

What’s not to love about a monochromatic colour palette? This 5 bedroom brand new build in Putney, Northern Sydney wow’ed with its soaring high ceilings, marble finishes and textured walls. A home this size needed a modern and bold Moody Design Direction to create depth and contrast for the generous space.

Thanks to the towering floor to ceiling windows, the abundance of natural lighting meant we could select a designer black dining table and matching leather chairs to create an effortless statement of luxury living. We balanced this with white lounges, a minimalistic living room setup and striking accessories in the entryway for the perfect harmony.

The marble finishes in the kitchen, fireplace and tiles were a key designer feature so we chose a beautiful marble coffee table to match, adding whites in the rugs, lounges and soft furnishings to soften the look. The final result was a monochromatic escape in a sought after waterside location, selling for over $6million and achieving an ROI of 49x for our Homeseller.

When yin meets yang in home styling, you achieve the perfect harmony between modern and bold sophistication.
