For this stunning architectural new build on Kyogle Street, Maroubra, our design direction focused on light, luxurious coastal living, allowing the home’s natural features to shine while creating an inviting and sophisticated space. The property’s unique stonework, with its soft pinks and oranges, served as the inspiration for our palette and styling decisions.

The ‘crazy pave’ stone flooring downstairs anchored the design, bringing texture and character. The striking feature stone in the kitchen was complemented by natural barstools, adding an earthy, organic touch that balanced the luxurious materials. The textures and tones worked together, creating a cohesive flow throughout the open-plan living space.

In the main living area, we embraced rich, earthy hues, styling a sage green modular sofa as the centrepiece. This subtle yet impactful choice grounded the space, creating a calm and inviting atmosphere. To elevate the design, we commissioned custom artwork that echoed the sofa’s natural tones, seamlessly tying the room together.

The result of the styling was a cohesive home that celebrated its architectural beauty while offering a luxurious yet approachable coastal aesthetic. These tasteful finishes, combined with a thoughtful approach to styling and an effective campaign, saw the property sell in just three weeks, proving an exceptional outcome for all involved.
